(1)按(an)充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間可分(fen)為:隨機充(chong)電(dian)和全周(zhou)期充(chong)電(dian)

(2)按充(chong)電區域(yu)可(ke)分為:在線(xian)充(chong)電和離線(xian)充(chong)電
在線(xian)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)即(ji)(ji)無人搬運叉車不(bu)駛離(li)工作線(xian)路(lu),不(bu)需要(yao)專(zhuan)門的時間(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。而(er)是(shi)利用工作過程(cheng)(cheng)中短暫的停(ting)駐時間(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。這種完全利用碎片時間(jian)(jian),不(bu)占用工作時間(jian)(jian)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式實際上(shang)就是(shi)隨機充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的延伸。只是(shi)把充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)點嵌入(ru)到AGV的工作流程(cheng)(cheng)中,更進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)的提升AGV的工作效率。離(li)線(xian)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)即(ji)(ji)AGV退出(chu)服務,駛入(ru)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)區或專(zhuan)門的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)臺位(wei)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
(3)按操作方法分類可分為:手動(dong)換電池(chi)和(he)自動(dong)充電
當(dang)無人(ren)搬運叉車(che)電(dian)力不足時,由地面(mian)控(kong)制中心指揮(hui),駛向指定充電(dian)區或臺位,由專職(zhi)人(ren)員(yuan)手動完成(cheng)無人(ren)搬運叉車(che)與充電(dian)器之間的(de)(de)電(dian)器連接(jie),然后實施充電(dian)。完成(cheng)后也是(shi)人(ren)工去脫離連接(jie)電(dian)路恢復工作狀(zhuang)態。手動充電(dian)AGV的(de)(de)特點(dian)是(shi)安全可靠,簡(jian)單易行,設備成(cheng)本較(jiao)低(di)。常(chang)用于自(zi)動化程度要求不是(shi)很高(gao),車(che)少人(ren)多,標準工作制的(de)(de)場(chang)合。且(qie)為保證AGV的(de)(de)續(xu)航能力需要配備較(jiao)大容(rong)量的(de)(de)電(dian)池。無法實現AGV全天24小時連續(xu)工作。
(4)按充電器電氣連接(jie)方(fang)法分為:接(jie)觸式充電和無線充電
